The review is for an open terrace restaurant. Food and service were average, but the ambiance was good. There is nothing extraordinary that will tempt you to visit again.
Please be careful folks. This hotel is situated in heart of the town and Solan has become very very crowded nowadays, and there is always always a hassle for the parking and because paragon has unmatchable location within the town. The staff is very rude as if they know, they behave as if they are, they are somebody who does not need more customers today. Only I raised an issue with the general manager and general manager was not able to take any action. He was not able to handle it when I asked for the phone numbers of the owners from the general manager, I was not given the phone numbers so as far as the service is concerned, the service attitude and behaviour of the staff in the restaurant is concerned. It’s pathetic. Thank you.
The worst a man can get on a business trip. Horribly smelly rooms, TV Not working, water taps not working, Internet 😀 ( The attendant says Peeche se band hoga shayad ).
Better to stay in a cheap lodge than this place. Only for Tourists who doesn’t mind getting cheated.

This is a very prestigious hotel situated on Mall road in Solan. It has beautiful rooms with beautiful views.
It has a big hall in the basement, with beautiful pictures of kings and representing the old heritage of Himachal pardesh .
The staff is very cooperative and the food is very good. We attended a function over there and they didn’t disappoint us. They have a great menu of Indian cuisine.
Parking is not a problem which is the main problem in Solan city. So they have a second basement as parking, and overall a very nice experience in this hotel. One should visit this hotel while going in solan
We visited Solan, because we have been traveling to nearby HP cities one by one. After terrible experiences at some home stays, we decided to stay at a hotel only especially with a kid.
There’s not much to go around and most of the tourist places are at a distance of 30-45 minutes by car like Barog railway station and Jatoli Temple.
Coming to this hotel, the staff is amazing and so is the whole vibe of this place. They have a huge area where children can run around or have fun. So many halls or space that any ongoing function won’t affect your peace. They had two functions back to back but we didn’t get affected at all. My most favourite part of the hotel would be the garden area and their dining space. They have indoor as well as outdoor dining space. We loved the outdoor dining space. Even on the hot mornings sitting under an 🏖️ felt like cool and fun, because of the ongoing wind and it was pretty much fun.
Another highlight will be their Gelatos and Boba shop, they are standalone restaurants as well as part of the hotel. So, that was pretty good.
