] was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, offering a stunning view of [mention specific feature if applicable].
Very Bad experience, as a sales person I generally stay in different Hotel but this was a nightmare. Very poor response, need to call 3 times for anything.
Told me that driver sleeping arrangements will be done but they didn’t do it. Food quality and service during breakfast was very low standard.
Overall a very bad experience.
Won’t stay ever as I need to visit Siwan every month.
Service and Staff:
The staff at [Hotel grand patliputra] were friendly and attentive. They greeted me warmly upon arrival and were quick to assist with any requests or inquiries throughout my stay. Their hospitality contributed significantly to a positive experience.
Rooms not cleaned. Food not cooked properly. Toilet seat cover was missing, this was reported to the reception and a request for room change was mentioned. AC was not working, no response from the management and we had to stay in the same condition.it was an offline booking. the hotel and staff have a lot of scope for improvement.
