Rooms are very large. Clean,well equipped, and large rooms. Very good room for a family.Well behaved staff. Their service is very fast. We are pleased with their service. Food quality is excellent. Very good food served here. Safe car parking. This hotel has a gym and swimming pool also. And disco bar is under construction.
Atmosphere is very pleasant. Price is not high. They are providing very good rooms in low price.. I had a very good time there..
An okay stay…. Basic amenities are there… Food was nice.. staff were wonderful. But was disappointed with the low maintenance. Bathroom was not too clean. All knobs have come out. There were holes everywhere. It was displeasing to the eye. It’s not just about having the facilities but maintaining them to such a degree that they look nice. We paid 2000 for the room. Cleanliness should be the number one principle. I know you might say why not complain. But when you’re in the business of serving paid customers the goal for the service provider is to eliminate the chances of all complaints before the opportunity presents itself.
The room was a big size with typical items such as kettle and tv. There was not much ventilation in the room or in the bathroom so there was a damp odor. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Room service was good. We required some ironing done for a wedding which was done very well and pretty much immediately
Stayed for 9 nights and my feedback as follows:
Pros:
1. Reasonable room rate and good location
2. Staff are cooperative
3. Good buffet breakfast spread and good taste. Would be great if they add few Assamese items like kettle pitha, etc.
4. Clean
5. Rooms are spacious
Cons:
1. Old property so little damp and smelly (room 203)
2. Smelly corridor
3. Slow room service
4. Receptionist don’t bother to return changes. For eg if your bill is 582 and you pay 600, she would return 10 rupees only. Made payment multiple times and it’s the same every time.
5. Menu is pricey
6. Room 210 needs repaint as paints are coming out
7. Hangers in the bathroom are broken
8. Receptionist says as it’s winter so swimming pool is under maintenance, hence were not given access to it.
9. Blankets cover were torn out and have holes in it
10. On the first day we were not given wifi access as they were having some issues with the connection
Decent place. It has got parking for 50 cars at least so if you are travelling in your car look no further. The room which I was given was big. But cleanliness of the bedsheets were not up to the mark. The centralised air conditioning is very noisy, so you will not sleep in peace. The wash room was clean but due to centralised vents unwanted smells from other wash rooms creep in. Overall it was an average experience. However the hotel is located near some great non veg food joints so eating should not be an issue.
