They deny the room as the room cost displayed online is extremely less than actual cost. So they use an offline platform as a bait and once customer is trapped, they charge them.double of online price.

Every thing is very good about this hotel like rooms , and services but never book this hotel through Oyo bcz I was asked for extra money to get a chekin as the manager said that they don’t take online bookings then why the heck they listed their hotel as (available) on OYO ROOMS ?
Although 1 day before my booking I called the hotel through OYO app and confirmed my stay with the reception.
So I was left with no option to pay extra at that moment..😔
Neat and clean rooms staff was very polite.
Poor, lift not working and untidy place
