I had a wonderful stay at your hotel, and I must say it stands out as the best hotel in Dimapur for me. In comparison to other places outside of Nagaland, I have often found the service quality lacking, whether in hotels, restaurants, or hospitals. However, during my time at your hotel, I truly felt as though I was in a different place entirely, thanks to the exceptional way we were welcomed. The ambience, cleanliness, and hospitality were all top-notch. Every staff member, from the receptionist to the other team members, provided outstanding service. I sincerely hope that you maintain this high standard in the future. We would love to return for another visit.

I had an incredible experience at lunch today! One of the lovely staff members recommended the local cuisine, and wow, it was absolutely fantastic! It had that perfect kick of spice that just made my taste buds dance with joy! 😍 The staff were so humble and welcoming, which really added to the vibe. I also think it would be awesome if the management could introduce more variety for breakfast – that would take it to the next level.
Hotel Grand Vista stands as GRAND as it’s name. I was searching for a decent lowkey hotel far from all the noises and pollution,that has all facilities and provides good service, and I came across Hotel Grand Vista. However was not expecting much, yet surprisingly the moment I set my foot on the premises I was taken aback by the amazing infrastructure of the property, honestly didn’t felt like I was in Nagaland.
Starting from the front desk,waiters/waitress, housekeeping, bar, spa, professionalism was outstanding, didn’t knew our naga youths were this GOOD in hospitality. Also one more thing that really got my attention was that, all the employees were young NAGA youths and that really made me feel proud, it’s both happiness and pride to see our Young Naga Youths working in such a grand property with so much professionalism in speaking and giving services, that’s rare to find in Nagaland. Kudos to the Management in paving the way for our Naga Youths for their livelihood in a state where unemployment is at its peak.
Complimentary breakfast,food and snacks were excellent which shows that this hotel also has one of the finest chefs. A request to the kitchen Manager to add pizza’s, momo’s and burgers in the menu🤭.
One more feedback to the waiters/waitress team that grooming can be improved, as a person myself who is in hospitality grooming is a top priority.
Will definitely recommend and visit your property when I visit Nagaland again.
