I had a very disappointing experience during my 4-night stay at Hotel Grand Welcome. We had to change rooms three times due to various issues in each room. Despite their assurances, the staff failed to address the problems effectively. They provided a substandard, unsafe heater rod (500-700 volts) as a room heater and charged ₹2000 for it, which was completely unacceptable. The staff’s attitude was arrogant, making communication very unpleasant.
The food quality was also poor, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. Additionally, our travel agent, Mr. Saurabh from Trav Bull Travel Agency, showed no willingness to address our concerns. Instead of resolving the issues, he responded rudely, which further ruined the experience.
I strongly advise against booking with Trav Bull Travel Agency or Hotel Grand Welcome as they may end up spoiling your trip.
Hotel early experience was good but new management make it worst
Though it was first clg girls group trip for the hotel……. From the moment we arrived, the hotel provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed,secure and comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel’s services (the candles at the dinner table felt like “candle light dinner”). Every member of the team was professional yet warm, always available to assist with a smile.

Hotel Grand Welcome, Manali, exceeded my expectations! The location offers breathtaking views, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with great variety. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!
Rooms were very nice and food was very good. Customer interaction was very good , it’s my fourth time staying here. Highly recommended
