Room was quite okay. Balcony view was nice. Could be more neat and hygienic. The overall experience was good. Parking space is available. Food price was too high as per the quality.
Very poorly structured hotel. Most of the rooms are situated in underground. No ventilation. Rooms were like jewellery shop . Small rooms. No drinking water facility when I have visited(2021-December). Bad landlord.
But Shimla Kali bari and Mall road is just 10 minutes walking distance from this hotel . So choose this hotel wisely.
They are very adamant in terms of the room’s price and there is no way they can add extra bedding in their Lux rooms which are on the 6th floor.
Overall a good place to stay, nearby to the mall road.
It’s clean, affordable and safe for tourists. Very close to the mall road and main centre of Shimla. There is a military canteen nearby which is open to all and they do some good food with lots of variety at cheap prices
So yeah I would definitely recommend it!
I’m staying Gulmarg hotel in Shimla. Location is very good just beside the shimla kalibari. Rooms are decorated with glash finish. Service of hotel is very good.
