I booked this hotel directly over the phone after watching a YouTube video showcasing a specific room I liked. I specifically requested that room during the booking, and they assured me it would be provided. However, upon arrival, the reality was entirely different.
Firstly, we were not given the room we had requested, and instead of the two balconies they promised, we were provided with a room that had none. The room was dark, with no sunlight coming in, and the overall atmosphere was gloomy and unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, the environment was not family-friendly at all, which was a significant concern for us. The most unpleasant aspect, however, was the behavior of the front desk staff. The front desk guy was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience even more frustrating.
We initially decided to stay only one night, as we had already paid for it, but he insisted we pay for the entire four-day booking, regardless of our stay. This level of extortion was unacceptable. The property also felt unsafe, so we left immediately without wasting another moment.
I strongly urge tourists to avoid this hotel. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
Rooms were big and spacious and clean. Service is more or less good. They have an open terrace with tables placed there. They have a cute little pug who would run around with you. Very near to mall road. Bikes on rent available.
Spacious rooms with ample parking space and outdoor activities with the basic required amenities. Very near to Mall road . Visited during the off season , got a very exciting deal . Those who are traveling with family , must try this one for once .
It’s the best hotel in Manali. We loved our experience. Staff is good. Rooms are clean. And environment is also fabulous. Highly recommended.
Near from Mall Road, Rooms should be more clean specially bedsheets. Food quality and quantity both are good.Overall is a nice experience.
