It is the worst I have ever stayed in the past.
Multiple times power cut, even for more than 2 hours in morning timings.
The room is not cleaned and almira is too dirty as a conclusion no space for placing our stuff.
Staff behaviour is very rude. Poor Servicing.
Trust me DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL ! We stayed for anight halt during our trip to manali from delhi. Rooms are filthy & at night they become creepy. Room service was nice they bought the food quickly but it was way too spicy. They did not have warm water. Forget about geysers they can’t even arrange warm water. Too bad experience
Then at night, since the hotel is right on the road we couldn’t sleep all night due to the continuous honking of cars & trucks.
Very good option for breakfast. 4 star is only for breakfast and I have no knowledge about its rooms. Very peaceful and calm place to have your meal and also good washrooms. Ideal when you are going to Chandigarh or Delhi from Mandi, Jahu, Sarkaghat and have to take breakfast as you ran early morning…
Best Stay n Stop Point before and after Heavy Hill Road drive for nice fresh food with clean rest rooms. One can think of stay as rooms are good with mountain view. Nearby 50 kms up down best Hotel to decide for further drive or relax. Excellent Sun view in Mountains visualisations.
When we asked for room at reception, the arrogant elderly at reception told us it would cost 3000.
We said it’s ok, we are ready , just show us the room.
The person said ” dikhana Kya hai usme, room to room hota hai” . When we sensed something was fishy, the receptionist caustically said ” room ki zaroorat apko hai game ni , Lena hai lo warna mat lo”
