Overall a decent experience at this hotel. For the price point, the experience seemed fair. The beds and room are fine, but the washroom needs some severe cleaning. It seems that hygiene standards are low because of the continuous stench/smell that came out of the washroom, this definitely needs improvement. Besides this – the remaining aspects were ok. Parking is available, the hot water geyser & the elevator work great, & there’s a kettle to make tea. The location is the main USP, I’d say. It’s close to the Ramakrishna Kutir Ashram as well as to the mall road.
Hated the rooms, no views, receptionist was very rude. Definitely a big NO from my side. Just opposite you have a homestay. Stay in that homestay but don’t stay here. The mattress were so bad that it had a big hole in the center and I got my back hurt. This was the case for all of my 3 rooms which I booked.
We stay in this hotel staff is damn good…food is also good..I have one year old baby they provided us full of hygiene food for my baby n tasty too thank u
View from hill facing rooms are nice but overall experience is not good at all. More yhan 85% food items in the menu were not available. Rooms and blankets were not clean enough. We had to ask them to change the pillow covers and blanket cover as it was smelling of deodorant used by the previous boarder. Dustbin in the washroom was dirty as well.
This is a budget hotel near vivekanand college located at starting of mall road. Main mall road is around 1.5 KMs far from here.
We booked deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years age. Rooms and washroom were neat and clean with good mattress.
Staff and management was helpful.
Tariff was economical. 1568 for deluxe room including taxes.
Mall road was at walking distance. We did walk to mall road in evening.
We got the room at back side so did not get any view from room.
Ample covered parking space for 6 to 8 cars so you do not have to worry about parking.
Food was average and there is a lot of scope for improvement. Maybe the owners need to talk to chef about food quality. Pricing of food was reasonable.
All in all, a good hotel with very reasonable tariff if you are not looking for luxury stay.
