I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Hiyaan and overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the excellent service from the front desk team, who went above and beyond to assist me with my requests. The food preparation was excellent. The hotel’s ambiance was also impressive. I would definitely recommend Hotel Hiyaan to friends and family, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
I along with my wife visited their restaurant for lunch. We sat there for almost five minutes and even the receptionist saw us coming and sitting there, he or no one else bothered to attend us or atleast give a menu card. It felt like we were uninvited guest in someone’s house. Very unprofessional. We could imagine how they would have prepared their food if we ordered. So we chose to walk away.
Worst experience…we went there for lunch and there were 2 people cleaning and one was sitting on reception…we were waiting for someone to take an order…they didn’t bother or communicated the reason if any that we could not be served…this was the first time we saw such a pathetic state in hospitality business… We have to travel frequently on this route, but will never visit or recommend this place..
I am visit on there room. Really it’s very nice and reasnable or affordable priced property.
Rooms very neat and clean .
Staff also very nice and coprative .

All kinds of services till my stay over there were great. I enjoyed the stay with all the facilities like TV, Wi-Fi, food and other were fantastic. I went to say thanks to the staff for their services and facilities.
