Good spacious room, good taste of Food , wifi service is not good in this 5G connectivity era.
crowded road ,only negative point is Parking space, which when you request to reception , will tell you to go behind the hotel and park in ground, which is very deficult to park , hotel should have Valet parking system in this case.
We recently went to have dinner at the restaurant. To say the least, it was the most pathetic experience ever. Manchurian was undercooked, most pieces were inedible, pasta was a waste, cheese balls did not have a bit of cheese. The only decent thing was dahi kebabs that we ordered.
In the main course – too much oil and chana was pathetic, paneer was decent and non veg mutton hyderabadi had more oil than gravy.
Honestly, the worst experience ever! Don’t go here ever. The prices are extremely high for such bad food.
Litchi mojito had no flavor of litchi and was served in a whiskey glass.
THUGS IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
They charged me a whopping Rs 58 for a water bottle of Rs 20. If you say anything staff has fixed dialogue “Humari salary se deduct ho jaega” . Worst service.
Nice stay with good hygiene, neat and clean place. Well disciplined and cooperative staff. Only the thing to improve is water exit issue in bathrooms.
Worst experience ever!
We had an engagement function and it was the worst experience ever.
At the time of booking we agreed on a complementary room and they were full familiar.
But on the day of function they directly denied on complementary room as said they didn’t talked about complementary room .All there staff was lying and very rude when we discussed about the problem.
We were forced to pay extra for the room on market above rates.
And also we were forced to leave the room as soon as our function got over.
Not gonna visit this hotel in my life!
(Only good thing was the decoration of the function which was third party)
