Great Stay with Friendly Service!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Delhi. The staff were really friendly and always ready to help. The in-house restaurant was convenient and served delicious food. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it!!
Worst hotel, low quality rooms, service is very slow either they will response after 1-2 hours and even after saying ok they will fulfill that request is also not sure. Basic amenities were missing like water bottles, hand wash, body wash.. it was a torture for us to deal with the hotel staffs. Aloo Paratha, on the name of paratha white flour was served with some sprinkle of aloo masala. THE WORST HOTEL even the railway retiring/waiting/dormitory halls are better than this hotel.

The palace has good ambience and the food tastes well both veg and non veg. The rooms are clean. Hotel staff is polite and take care of yours needs. Overall good place for staying and for party/function..
