I have stayed here twice on road transits in a gap of few years. This review is about my recent stay. I had booked direct over phone for ₹2800 with breakfast in luxury room.
The room and bathroom were spacious. Although not spic and span, but they were decently neat and tidy. The housekeeping also cleaned further as per our request. But the hotel could not provide toilet tissues in spite of request because they do not have any, which is strange to me. Rooms had black-out curtains, which is great for me. But it is next to a very noisy street and that is continuously disturbing the peace in the hotel.
The service can be way better. The staff behaviour is very casual and lack the hospitality approach. They should be more cordial and polite.
The buffet breakfast had fruits which was already over at 830am, whereas breakfast time is till 10am. None of the fruits (banana, papaya) could be replenished by the waiters because they had no more stock. I was told that people are taking too much and so they have no more left. I don’t know if I should laugh or cry at this excuse!
The overall hotel shows clear signs of ageing and lack of upkeep, renovation and maintenance. The upholsteries, carpets, furniture, elevators all look too old and are calling for renovation.
Basement private parking is available and is great.
Overall deal at this price was okay, but not great. More than anything else, service was the biggest turn-down.
It was a calm spacious and pleasant stay here at Jetty Grand,
The morning breakfast was good.
And 24 hr checkout is benificial.
Overall a good stay. I Prefer this hotel.
Recently we stayed in Jetty Grand in Rajmandry during our travel plan to Odisha. Service is too good and staffs are very well behaved. Rooms are quite big and very nearly maintained . This was our first stay in Jetty Grand and we booked through Make my trip , since we booked online , it was overpriced , around 3100 we paid and no complimentary breakfast if you book online . If you come directly , then you can a book room in much cheaper price . While our stay we got to know , breakfast is too good and around 20 types of items are there, so we thought to try and it was charged 🥹 and we regret booking online .. jokes apart , If you are planning to stay during your travel , just give them a call , if rooms are available , you will pay less with complimentary breakfast and save some money . One more thing to mention , it is situated in center of shopping places .. lots of options are there to shop in reasonable price. Jewellery shops , silk saree shops , ethnic wear
and many more branded shops are near by in walkable distance .. Even at 11 PM, dairy was open and I bought milk for my baby. Also one more point which adds cherry on the cake , one of the best and delicious meals is served in Nakshatra restaurant which is just opposite of Jetty Grand where we did our dinner during our stay.

I stayed in this hotel for only one night but overall experience is good. The best thing is that its too near to the famous Kotipalli bus stand, Rajahmundry. You will get almost everything in this area whether it’s food, shopping etc.,
Good hotel to stay at Rajahmundry.staffs are so good as well as co-operative,behaviour are also good.Need some improvement in maintainance of building….,
