Best Hotel in Patna. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Raj Sinha for his honesty and loyalty towards his customers. I had initially booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip, but the status showed as “pending.” I then decided to book the same hotel offline and made the payment. Later, the booking was confirmed on MakeMyTrip, and they promptly refunded the amount I had paid offline. The service provided was excellent, and I truly appreciate Mr. Raj Sinha’s dedication to ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.
Excellent service & Food. Room service and response was very courteous. South Indian food is really authentic. Idly, dosa, sambar, chutney was really like we eat in tamil nadu. I loved it. We even called owner and thanked him for south indian dish. Those south indian people who wants to have authentic, quality and tasty south indian food like idly, should definitely try this hotel.

We stayed in the property for the marriage function which went well .
Talking about the service of food in banquets is poor and pathetic but the food was delicious.
The dinning was totally a mess with soiled plates all over the area. Waiters with dirty uniform and the buzzboys chilling around.
Employees snacking around the guest area isn’t a good way of hospitality.
Apologies but the Sohan Halwa was undercooked.
One of the best hotel in the area , Excellent Food,exceptional service from the staffs. I would highly recommend Jharokha Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle free stay.
A good banquet hall to organise a decent function. On top of that you can reach there easily. Interiors are good. Its a 5 storey building. Near ford hospital,can be seen from bypass road itself.
