Very courteous and professional behaviour, accommodating and resourceful.
We had been traveling for our ngo work and arrived at night and there was a wrong parking from another guest they made sure to handle it courtesly but firmly there behaviour with us and crisis handling was really wonderful.
The rooms are clean, big. Not to mention their food charges very reasonable. Overall it’s worthwhile staying in Jyoti
Pintu singh and Rinchin both the manger are fantastic. Their behaviour, gratitude and hospitality is awesome. Always speak politely and many more.
Overall experience was awesome including room service, restaurant and saloon.
But the charge of coke can is very high.
It was a nice stay for a day. Food was good .they have a wonderful luxury ambience here amidst nature. The staff was also very polite and courtious .. just the breakfast could have been better.
This was my first visit in Hotel Jyoti and I got the best service here so I will continue to visit here from now onwards. Everything was perfect, ambience was just amazing and all staff were very courteous.Food was delicious. I highly recommend everyone to visit here.
