This hotel exceeded our expectations! Spacious rooms with breathtaking views, friendly and attentive staff, and delicious food. We had an amazing time at Hotel Kailash Residency and can’t recommend it enough.
Had a very bad stay at Rishikesh near Janki Setu. The room condition was poor and their support staff didn’t help either.
No hot water was there at that time and switches were not working properly. The room fridge was in pathetic condition and poor hygiene was there.
Bedsheets were old and blankets smell like anything. uuuffff! and no handwash was there in the squeezer.
I loved my stay at Kailash Residency. The location is close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the food was excellent
The rooms were big and beautifully decorated, with a view that you can’t get enough of. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Plus, the food was just delicious
Very bad hospitality…it’s not a hotel but a space only to stay ..nothing more than that. Staff is totally unsupportive. You will even not get water if asked. Prices of beverages are too high and not even if good quality.
Please please please do not stay here in any condition..
