I have visited there for an engagement, Ambiance is good but the service they were offering is not Good as per the amount they have charged…The rooms were too Small, as per the standard booking they have to include Rooms in Hall Booking but they charged us extra per rooms_ We asked them for Refrigerator to keep the cake Frozen but the guy in reception denied that we don’t have it_so u keep in Hall. Poor Behavior poor Service -The management were only focused on The money
One of the worst hotel in Madhubani for marriage purpose. Behavior of staff is not good. They promises so many things during booking but on the occasion date they are not provide what they said before. Like less chairs. Maharaja Chair having raffu. Decorations of the stage was such poor. They have not invested even 500 Rupees on stage decoration. Rooms and bathroom are so dirty. You can’t sleep Peacefully. On road water logging is there so you can’t dance on the road. I can never book this hotel if they agree to give you less price. After function you will have definitely regret on your decision.

This Apartment is Not Well. Their location is also not in the right place nor is their management good. Their staff is also not good and even the lights get cut off intermittently.
Not staying in the room,but going for a marriage function, service is very poor, no basic sense of hospitality, poorly located in rural areas. Food was of average/below average quality. No permanent wash basins or washrooms in the function lawn.
