Kudos to all the staffs over there. Very helpful staff and punctual. Never faced any problem throughout our stay. But special thanks to Preeti Ma’am for being patient and organize my booking nicely. I’ll definitely again visit this property.
We nine Sr.Citizens stayed for one night in Hotel Kausani Retreat on 11th night ,though the staff at hotel was very cooperative the food was not good and up to the mark The Manager Shri Pankaj Dhoni was very helpful and tried to sort out all the difficulty. The room was tidy .
Hotel staff behaviour is good , already i am visiting 4th time…food is awesome specially for non-veg lovers
It was my first ever trip to Kumaon with my family & needless to say that staying at Kaushani retreat was a wonderful experience for all of us.
Rooms were very spacious, view from the balcony was awesome & the behaviour of the staffs very polite.
I would recommend everyone to stay at Kaushani retreat atleast for one night.
You can trust blindly. all the staff with Manager is very polite. best tasty food. spacy and clean rooms.
