Amazing experience for around 15 days. Food ,be it breakfast ,lunch or dinner was delicious. Staff was very sweet and cooperative. Felt like a home stay. 10/10 ratings. Will love to come again
The location is excellent. Food is okay but hospitality needs to improve. They try to save money in petty things like complimentary water bottles, late check out and welcome drinks. In the case of the front desk Mr. Rajkumar is good but the new guy Mr. Vinod needs a lot of training. He is a bit rude with guests and blames them for hiding his incompetency by telling lies. Mr Madan was good but was replaced by Mr Vinod who is a rookie. I have been a guest for a few years due to the excellent location of this hotel.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness and upkeep. The bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and torn, the walls had noticeable damp spots, and the sofa was dusty. It gave the impression that the room hadn’t been properly prepared for guests.
Don’t book your stay in KINGS INN even by mistake.. I decided to stay because of the photos that have been uploaded and good rating but they had very poor management and staff behaviour was rude , food also not good , poor quality of service and don’t go for the photos, they deliberately uploaded old pics of their hotel rooms when it was clean and fresh to attract people but that is not the case…NOW the rooms are totally pathetic🤢🤢 and disgusting🤢🤢 and 🤢🤢garbage and smell soo foul from inside..
Even they charged extra money from us during checkout for NO reason…
Plz don’t book this hotel at any cost..else you will only regret
