I stayed here recently with my family. Hotel is good but their restaurant food and restaurant staff are pathetic.
Smell came from their chicken dishes .immediately we complained about the food and asked that person to smell. Even after knowing the food was bad, the restaurant guy tried to charge the price for the dish.
Very bad staff and bad restaurant.
Be careful before going to caprice restaurant.
The room had a constant smell of smoke. Even after repeated reminders, room 301 the bud was not removed.
3 star is only for the location I feel
I haven’t lived here, just came to see. Great potential but not used. A little more maintainance and it would be a really good hotel
It’s a great property to stay in as it’s in the heart of the ernakulam city and the rates are also reasonable, as the service they provide is really great. I mostly stay here whenever I visit ernakulam. I would really recommend it to anyone who is traveling to ernakulam and looking for a stay.
Comfortable , standard, clean and luxurious but economic rooms. Satisfactory customer service. Recommendable . (Ensure bath towels are kept )
