Had an amazing experience. Can’t say much about the rooms as we only booked a banquet hall named Juron for a small family function. Totally happy with the quality & quantity of food and service. A heartfelt thank you to all the staffs including the manager. Amazing ambience and service. Just a small suggestion, please install a lift so that elderly people too can join such family gatherings. Without a lift, it becomes a difficult for elderly, differently-abled and people with difficulty in climbing stairs. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a banquet hall in the heart of the Tezpur town. 👍
Unhygienic conditions. Decor is decent but no cleaning at all. I found nose hair private hair on the bed. There is no exhaust in any room of the building. I got sick in a day.
A pleasant and efficient place to stay that was comfortable. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Services like laundry and a packed breakfast for an early departure worked well. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some evenings there are weddings and functions on.
The rooms are clean with cozy & comfy beds. The hotel premises are well maintained. The food is reasonably priced.
