So we had been to this hotel while going towards dirang. The hotel is too good. They upgraded our room to suite room and the room was damn good. We just loved this room as well as ambience of the hotel. The staff was also very good and very helpful. The hospitality was indeed special. Would recommend everyone to take a short break while enroute dirang.
Though services are excellent but combo items are not available in the hotel whereas it’s mentioned in the food menu.So, it’s my humble request for kindly delete it from the food menu.
The location of Hotel is very good. Food at in-house restaurant is also good. Rooms need proper ventilation. That was strong smell in washroom. They have smart TV in each room. Stay was ok ok.
Worst hotel to stay in, though it is in the heart of the town. Worst staff. Electricity was cut in the midnight till morning intentionally by the management and when reported they denied their fault. Food was worst, spicy and oily. They took extra charges for the hampers in the room. Better to choose another option in the same price. There are lots of other options.
Hotel is in the heart of Tezpur town with excellent rooms and a mini bar. But their services are worst. In the midnight electricity was intentionally cut by the management. Took extra charges on the hampers like water and all and provided no bill for those. Food was unhealthy, spicy and oily.Worst of money. Better to choose another hotel in the same price…
