  1. ⭐⭐

I recently stayed at Hotel krishna by rcg for a quick one-night stay and wanted to share my experience, combining this visit with an earlier one.

On my first stay, everything was nearly perfect – the room was spotless, amenities were on point, and the staff was exceptionally warm and attentive. I left feeling like the hotel offered great value and a welcoming atmosphere.

However, during my most recent stay, I noticed some differences. The room wasn’t as clean as expected, and there were delays in service. It’s possible they were just having an off day, but it did impact the experience.

I still think this hotel has a lot of potential and a great location, so I’d recommend it with a bit of caution. If they can consistently deliver the quality I experienced initially, this place would definitely deserve a higher rating.

  2. Stayed at this hotel on 12/09/24 for 1 night. Gave me Room No.503. This was my second time at this hotel. And this time to they totally disappointed.
    1. Though rooms are comparatively spacious, but still you will not feel pleasant as rooms are not well maintained.
    2. I found hairs on bed. You can easily say that Pillows, bed sheets and blankets are not well washed.
    3. Found mosquitoes in room.
    4. One major factor which angered me was that the intercom in that room was not working. And this was known to them. Still they did not took care of it. Every time I had to call through my mobile to their reception number.
    5. I ordered from zomato and asked them to provide a plate and spoon. To which the receptionist said that sir you have to order that too from outside. But after saying this they provide me that. But what a rude response it is.
    6. I ordered 1 Tomato cream soup. And as you can see in photo what type of soup they provide.
    7. The only this which is good about this is it’s location.
    8. The biggest disappointment to me was that they do not provide single water bottle. 😤
So I suggest not to think of this hotel for anyone who wants to feel pleasant stay even for a night.

  3. Hotel Krishna DX Review: A Disappointing Experience

During my recent trip, I stayed at Hotel Krishna DX, which initially appeared to be a decent choice based on its outward appearance. However, my experience quickly proved otherwise. Here’s a detailed account of my stay, highlighting the glaring shortcomings that left me deeply dissatisfied.

    First Impressions and Room Check-In
Upon arrival, the hotel seemed promising with its decent exterior and reception area. However, as my younger brother and I checked into our room (Room 404), the issues started to surface. The room, which had apparently just been cleaned, lacked even the most basic amenities like water bottles, bath towels, or hand towels. Fortunately, we had carried our own towels. When we requested towels from the reception, we were told that all towels were in the laundry and would be delivered once the laundry was done.

    Lack of Room Service
We left the hotel around 10 AM and requested room cleaning and towels at the reception before departing. When we returned later that evening, the room was in the exact same condition as we had left it—untouched, uncleaned, and still without towels. After multiple calls to the reception, towels were finally delivered, but only after considerable delay and frustration.

    Basic Amenities Lacking
When the staff came to deliver the towels, I asked for water bottles, as none were provided in the room. To my surprise, I was informed that water bottles were chargeable and only tap water was free. The room had two electric kettles, which seemed completely redundant if they weren’t even providing bottled water. The staff’s explanation that the kettles were for warming up tap water was both shocking and absurd. Thankfully, the bathroom did have hot water, which was one of the very few positives.

    Subpar Dining Experience
Hoping to wind down after a long day, we ordered room service for dinner. Unfortunately, this turned out to be another mistake. The food arrived cold and was far from appetizing. This only added to the long list of disappointments during our stay.

    Final Thoughts
Hotel Krishna DX fell far short of even the most basic expectations. The lack of proper amenities, unresponsive room service, and cold, unappetizing food made for a thoroughly unpleasant experience. While the hotel might look decent from the outside, the service and management inside are completely inadequate.

Verdict: I would not recommend Hotel Krishna DX to anyone. There are plenty of other budget-friendly options that offer far better service and hospitality. Save yourself the hassle and choose another place to stay.

  4. I really enjoyed my stay here. As a solo female traveller you need somewhere safe to stay, and this was perfect. Rooms are nice enough, clean, and a decent bathroom though not fancy. The food was excellent too. Special mention to the very helpful and friendly Monu who helped me greatly, and made my stay particularly comfortable and pleasant. It’s also in a great spot, quite close to attractions, cafes etc. Highly recommended. PS Just don’t direct your tuktuk to Krishna Hotel- it’s the wrong hotel and a long way away!

  5. Dreadful Hotel.

Made the reservation through Booking.com for a executive en suite with a city view. Upon arrival I was in told I had been upgraded to a better room??

After being shown the room it was more of a down grade. Insisting they honor the booking I was eventually shown to another room.

I had to request they change the stained bed sheets and pillows. The duvet cover looked like others had slept under it, creased and very used. Paint was hanging off the walls.

The city view was a s-ity view.

The ensuite toilet was a lovely shade of yellow, mostly historical urine stains..The wash basin and surround was filthy with soap scum all over in layers. The hotel reception staff were disinterested, full of excuses and after much insistence finally resolved the problems.

    Beware of this Shoddy

    hotel and the disrepectfull attitudes.

Fortunately in Arakashan road, there are a choice of hotels, the Ajanta and Goodwin Grand are a couple I checked out and offer clean en suite rooms with good facilities and restaurants.

I would also recommend the Brahim pure veg restaurant for a delicious selection of freshly cooked meals and snacks. On the plus side New Delhi railway station is also very close, just a 10 minute walk.
