Very bad service!!! The people do not have work ethics at all. The rooms are also not clean. Very very bad behavior!! Please never visit this hotel!!
Not good enough, when we went there lift was not working and some staff also not supportive, not worth the price.not suitable for old people. Driver facilities like washroom and bed was not there. Avoid this one
Everything was good except for one thing and that is the pesky receptionist. He was downright annoying. He called us multiple times just to tell us that the check-out time was 12 noon.
Really nice experience the rooms are well maintained and the response of staff is really good worth the amount spent. The rooms are very clean and everything including dental kit is provided.Anybody comes to Guntur on any visit best place to stay and it is on koretapadu main road.
