  1. I must admit the fact that this is the best hotel with affordable tarrif in Tirupati right now.

Rooms, maintenence, hassle free check in / out, polite staff, peaceful & secure environment.

    Thank You Lorven team.

  2. Awesome. The receptionist was kind. The room was so good and bed was very comfortable for 4 PPL to sleep. Near and tidy. Only disadvantage is that there is no hotel nearby not service for food. Location is good with parking and space for driver to sleep

  3. Now I’m staying here from yesterday worst experience in this hotel, lots of mosquitos are there , no sleep over night, my daughter suffering alot ,

  4. Hello everyone,

I recently had a very unpleasant experience during my visit to this hotel. It falls far short of being a true hotel and is more akin to a lodging facility. The bathroom door was not closing properly and the shower was in poor condition. Overall, my stay felt like I was in a run-down lodge.

The worst part was that I had booked an air-conditioned room, but the AC was not functioning properly. Despite complaining twice, the issue was not addressed. To add to my disappointment, I was still charged for the AC room, even though it provided zero cooling. This made me feel deceived and taken advantage of.

The disaster did not end there. I had pre-booked the room online for Rs 3000, but upon check-out, they demanded Rs 3500. I showed them the booking message clearly stating the price as Rs 3000, but the person at the reception insisted on the higher amount. It took me more than 10 minutes to convince him that I would be paying the full amount, not the inflated rate of Rs 3500. This whole experience was extremely frustrating. Moreover, since I was with my family and had to catch a train, it was highly inconvenient to have the receptionist demand an extra Rs 500.

I strongly advise avoiding this place entirely.

    Thank you, everyone.
