Mr. Bharat Singh ji the owner of hotel maharaja is very nice and humble person. In hotel food was Awesome. And room is very clean. And his staff is very polite.
This hotels is amazing in all aspects.This hotel gives best facililites among all hotel wherever I visit.
Very Bad experience, Their room tariff are so high according to facility, No lift ,Rooms are at 4 and 5 floor so very difficult to go up and down by stairs. Also behaviour of Hotel staff are very vad they even do commitment but not fulfilling any .No facility at all. Not even hand wash is properly put in bathroom. I will recommend others hotel than this .
Worst ever experience got in a hotel in my whole life. No clean rooms, no quick staffs, lacks staffs, very unprofessional and many more. The actual price of Non ac is around 1200 but they took 2000 from me. Worst experience ever.
Approach road connectivity is very poor in front of the hotel. Also no public transport route connects to this hotel. You can only reach there from your personal vehicle due to outside location from the town.
Staffs behavior is good though they’ve very less numbers of staffs. So you’ve to wait long time after placing your order. In fact, you’ve to wait long time during your meal time to serve your ordered items. They should hire more waiters to serve you fast.
Management should understand that only one staff can’t manage everything.
