Hotel Malbork Inn exceeded my expectations during my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to assist. The location was also convenient, close to key attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread every morning. A great choice for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommend!
Terrible service by the manager who was super rude .
My grandfather 82 year old stayed at the hotel for 5 days .
requested The Manager to give a wake up call at 6am which he dint .
Upon early check out he demanded money .
Requested him to book a cab for him to the airport and he said you have checked out & we not help you & it’s your problem as to how you go to the airport.
This is just not done & upon staying there for 5 days you don’t behave this way with a senior citizen !!
Mr. Manager you need the worst rating for your attitude & God Bless you have elders too .
I recently stayed at Hotel Malbork Inn and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and public transport. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Malbork Inn for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
Enjoyed stay but reception boy sheetal mishra is arrogant and outspoken. He demands extra money on refreshments placed in room and didnot provide bill for same
First,
on reaching the hotel, I learned about me getting a standard room although I booked a deluxe room. So, it was not at all spacious.
Second,
the bedsheet had blood stains as shown in the picture.
Third,
the heating turned on all of a sudden during this scorching warm weather in Delhi. People are not able to survive even while sitting in an air conditioned room set to the lowest temperature. They literally don’t care about the person staying in their hotel for 7 days paying approx. Rs. 21,000+. On being asked to come and rectify it, they take agessssss to come and see (till then the person can just die inside).
Fourth,
as stated in their promotions that there is 24 hours kitchen available, you order a fresh lime soda, they take around an hour and 15 min. to get you the same; for just water, they take around an hour; on asking for a plate, they take around 45 min. I really don’t understand what hospitality have they learnt from whatever place they have learnt it from.
I would just say the GM was a bit understanding which is why they deserve a star else they deserve a rating in minus. Have a respect for the GM there (he is a sikh guy who is nicer than the other people working there) otherwise, there was a manager who just asked to cancel the booking. So, this definitely gives an impression that he doesn’t give a damn about the hefty amount you pay for your 7 days stay because he is anyways getting paid by his boss so he is just there to ask the customers to cancel their booking rather than improving their services.
I have stayed at several places before but this was by far, the WORST EVER EXPERIENCE. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND. Despite of the fact I visited India only for a short duration to visit my parents, so having travelled from London to Delhi, resting here wasn’t an option to be considered and when I did and paid for 7 nights’ stay, it was indeed a big mistake.
