  1. This past year, my brother-in-law has spent two times in the hospital across the street from your hotel. Due to the hardship of caring for an ill loved one, his wife and other family members and friends have spent numerous nights in your hotel, sometimes feeling quite weary. When your shift ended, everyone’s day was a little bit easier to handle because of your service and concern for us. A comfortable and tidy room was waiting for them. I appreciate all of your nice remarks, the wonderful cleaning you provided each day of our visit, and the particular attention you showed to my sister-in-law, who recently had to say goodbye to her husband due to cancer. We rate you a five-star and hope the best for you!”A peaceful retreat with excellent dining options, though the check-in process took longer than expected. The concierge service was outstanding, providing great recommendations and making our stay memorable.

  2. Don’t stay here, there’s no hospitality, the staff is extremely rude, the rooms are dirty, the bathroom was broken and unclean, the reception is so much arrogant and disrespectful, they said they have room service but they won’t send food to the room, they didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle in the room, nor do they deliver water bottle with charge, you will have to go out and buy yourself
