The service provided is great. Though rooms need to improved, the food quality and the overall ambience is good. The breakfast menu is balanced and we can taste the flavours of south.
Located at MG road , this hotel is very reputed since it has been since long time. Rooms are very nice, quiet insulated from noise (i was on floor 3) and room service is decent enough. The restaurant serves separately for vegetarians at reception floor and otherwise which is at below in the ground floor. Cuisines offered are unique and in variety. Service is decent. It is overall a good place for family and decent for price in Vijayawada.
Their service is excellent, be it the restaurant staff or the house keeping. Super fast service. And food was delicious, specially breakfast. Loved it! The restaurant staff was courteous and efficient.

Convinient location and amazing place. The hotel has everything you need; good food, customer service and accessible location. Akash at the front desk and their manager Mr. Tiwari made sure my family was well taken care of and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Will be definitely coming back.
