Best hotel in forbesganj, reception staff is very co.operative, there are very few hotels in Forbesganj maurya pride is on top..
This hotel property is good and rooms are ok but maintenance,towels and staff quality need to improve .
This is really ridiculous.. would never recommend anyone to go for this hotel. Bad experience Reception her Name soniya and one of guy very rude and misbehaved . You need to leave this place and search any other. And due to which my giest had to roam outside the hotel searching for another room. And the behaviour of the GM & Receptionist botb was also soo rude as if they don’t take any responsibility for the incident which happened. So its a request kindly avoid this hotel.they girl charge over she don’t know how to calculate not professionally just wear the coat it’s not look like are you very smart you don’t know how to talk guest and people. I recommend my anyone never booked that hotel
Overall a good place in Forbesganj to stay for a few days. The presidential suite is quite spacious and comfortable.
Morning breakfast was good but can be improved a bit taste and menu wise.
Location is slightly off from the main road, but is convenient to some degree. The narrow roads might pose a problem at times.
