I stayed at this Hotel recently and had an overall decent experience. However, I was charged ₹800 for a minor stain on the bedsheet, which I felt was excessive and unreasonable. I understand that cleaning fees can apply, but this seemed disproportionate for something that could likely be cleaned with standard washing.
It would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated their policy regarding such charges upfront. While the stay was otherwise fine, this unexpected fee left a negative impression. I hope the management considers being more transparent or reasonable about such policies in the future.
The food was delicious. If anyone comes to Patna near Rajendra Nagar Terminal Please I request have food here. It will make you feel like heaven. My suggestion is Please try veg roll. I thank from the bottom of my heart to the staff, receptionist and especially the chief♥️♥️
Whether you come with your family or with your friends, you will like the food here, along with the good service here… Talking about myself, there is one thing I like about this place. Come and the rooms here are very nice. My suggestion would be that if you like to stay in a good hotel with good food like me then you should definitely visit once.❤️
