It is far from the main city, room was not at all good, there were bugs, flies and cockroaches in the room, I asked the staff to do something about it or change the room, all they do was just put alot of mosquito killer spray in the room. Made me wait outside the room for 30 minutes. Staff was weird. No hospitality, no response nothing
I booked a room in this hotel for one night. My family was with me and my experience in this hotel was very bad. The behavior of the staff and manager here was very bad. I will never go to Nainital in my life.
The experience which happened with me was very wrong. For the first time in the life of me and my family, I slept without drinking water the whole night in the city of lakes, Nainital. There was no facility of drinking water. I pray to God that what happened with me should not happen with anyone else.My request to all tourists is that you should never stay in such hotels.
This hotel and room are so very good I am also stay and staff good and parking is big I am not problem to anything service good food is also very good and tasty
House flies ,insects, dirt, unbearable foul smell and monkys are permanent guests there ..which are making Horrible places of human guests ,
Actually guests word isn’t appropriate for this place ,correct word is victim ,we all are victim there .There is not a single parameter on which it can be certified this premises as hotel ,
It’s just a cheating place where travellers can’t go outside when trapped once because of location and path .
Rooms were filthy. They dont speak any english but even when I asked for simple things like coffee they brought me milk, then brought me hot chocolate.. Its 1hour walk from lake. Beautiful view. Nice people but they absolutely do not know how to run a hotel at all. Food was ok but they are totally disorganised.
