Cottage rooms are very good, well decorated with separate private balcony (ordinary rooms also have common balcony). Room service good, Dining place are awesome, food quality good but costly. Location is not so good, just opposite of Tea estate, no nearby option for food outside the hotel. There is too much stair cases, that is risky for children.
View form balcony awesome. Tea garden is over rated.
