We initially booked for Hotel N but we got shifted here as the rooms in Hotel N were full and they sent us to this branch. Coming to the rooms, as soon we entered the room, it was full of cigarette smell and we called the housekeeping to get rid of it. They arrived and opened the windows and said we cleaned the room and AC just now as well, don’t worry it will be fine. We went out for a while and after returning, the AC wasn’t working and we tried to decrease the temp and hoped that the room would cool down but it didn’t. We tried to use the washroom and there was a sticker saying, “Sanitized and Cleaned for your use” after opening it, they didn’t even flush it and it was full of faecal matter. We felt like puking. We called the housekeeping and they cleaned it. We struggled to sleep because the AC wasn’t working and called the reception to give us another room and they agreed. All of this at the late hours around 23:00 hours. Please work on your maintenance of rooms and housekeeping services. In-House restaurant was also closed by 21:30 and we had to dine out. Please increase the working hours of the restaurant.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The warm welcome from the receptionist, the excellent customer service, and the delicious food made my stay memorable. The cleanliness and overall ambiance were top-notch. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

Manchow soup was like masala water 😂
They’re serving pepper chicken as n square special chicken 🤣
And finally the biryani oh my god they told me dum biryani was their special and the pieces are burned and the rice doesn’t have any flavour 🤮
While eating the pieces it’ll be sweet and sour taste 🤮
Ambience was very nice
And the service also good
Better avoiding this restaurant and it was good for saving your money …….

Staff is not available to carry luggage to the hotel. In the parking lot in front of the hotel, you have to take your luggage and keep it in the car, so it becomes very difficult to carry the luggage in the hotel
