Everything was good except for the staff. It was the weirdest experience we had in this hotel. The person came with us in the room to keep the luggage and once we entered the room he locked the room from inside and kept talking and clearly indicating that he needs money. He didn’t go until we paid him. They really need to teach some manners to their staff. Who the hell enters into the room and locks it? Greedy and unprofessional staff.
I had an incredibly bad experience at this hotel. As a solo woman traveling to Guwahati for a friend’s wedding, I was shocked by the lack of safety and professionalism.
As soon as I plugged in my laptop, the adapter sparked, burst, and caught fire. Alarmed, I immediately called room service to report the fire, but they directed me to housekeeping. When I tried calling housekeeping, no one picked up. Desperate, I contacted reception, and after being transferred to another call, an electrician finally arrived.
This was a serious fire hazard that could have led to a major incident, yet the response was unacceptably slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to my safety. To make matters worse, when I complained about the issue, the staff blamed me, claiming it was all my fault. I requested a different room, but they refused to guarantee one. As I left the room, one of the staff made a derogatory comment, calling me a “problematic woman.”
Such unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This hotel is unsafe, and the staff is rude and dismissive. No matter how reasonable the price may seem, do not stay here. Your safety and dignity are not worth the
Hotel Looks good from Outside but very Lathergic people inside . We requested 4times for extra bed than we got it…..
People looks very unenthusiastic to serve the Guest.
Linen quality is so bad looks like they give used towels to the Guest….
Not a Great Place to stay.
Room quality is poor and the food quality is very very poor. Its just waste of money if u talk about the food quality.
If u just give a good food and repair the rooms it will go ahead. Otherwise it will get less guest day by day. So my honest request to the owner please do something. No one is stay there for free.
Couple of times with family had stayed in this hotel. Few years back may be in the beginning of this hotel everything was so nice and awesome.
But off late I found this hotel to be not maintaining the same old cleanliness. Though buffet breakfast was quite decent with not much variety to offer.
On the other hand for the first time I have come across so called “Early morning charge” to check in with 1000 bucks along with GST.
Am still wondering what this early morning charge means.
