To be honest they don’t even deserve 1 star rating. They deserve 0 star rating. They don’t know how to welcome a guess. We reached the hotel around 11:20pm they didn’t bother to open the door then asked us to enter from some other entrance later on showing the booking they didn’t want to accept our booking because they wanted to quote their own price. And when we finally excepted their price because it was too late and we didn’t have an option. The manager Varun said aapne toh itna time kharab kar dia Mujhe close karna hai aap Kahin or Dekh lo. Please don’t go at their hotel and also spread the word. Worst service ever seen in a hotel.

We booked online and reached the hotel in the midnight but the frontdesk person denied any booking
He told that all the rooms were already sold offline
He offered another room at a very high price than the online booking and then denied giving that too
