If you are looking for a place far away from the hustle bustle of Dalhousie, this is the place.
The rooms are amazing , clean and spacious. The restaurant serves amazing food. The buffet spread was sufficient and tasty.
The staff are humble and accommodating.
Service was top notch.
Horrible Experience at Nature Valley, Dalhousie – Avoid This Hotel!
I recently stayed at Nature Valley in Dalhousie for 2 days, and it was a terrible experience from the start. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked for money, even though we had already paid the tour agency. What kind of hospitality is this? They should be coordinating with the agency, not putting the guests in an awkward position.
We were promised buffet breakfast and dinner, but instead, we received neither .All the plates were horribly stinking and unwashed, and we were expected to eat from those unhygienic dishes. It was only after we pointed this out that they finally changed them. Highly disappointing!
The food took ages to prepare, and the kitchen staff seemed completely clueless. The chicken gravy and Manchurian gravy tasted identical, with bits of tomato and onion in the Manchurian—totally unacceptable. We tried to tolerate it for a day, but it became too frustrating.
When we complained to the receptionist, he ignored us completely. Even when we said we wouldn’t eat dinner and would have to go to bed hungry, he showed no hospitality or concern. To make matters worse, he turned off the lights in the lobby and corridor, knowing it would make things difficult for us to reach the rooms.
Overall, our stay at Nature Valley was a nightmare. Poor service, terrible food, and a complete lack of care from the staff made this an experience to forget. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel!

I recently (10th to 12th October 2024) stayed at this remarkable hotel and was blown away by the breathtaking nature views that surrounded it. The lush landscapes and serene atmosphere created a perfect retreat. The staff’s commitment to quality service and genuine hospitality made my experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a delightful blend of luxury and natural beauty.
However, I would like to draw Management’s attention as there is no Dormitory available for cab drivers and the staff food is not provided to the drivers.
Also, we did not get wifi connectivity during our stay. I brought it up to the concerned department’s notice and a staff visited our room also but no luck.
