  1. I recently stayed at Harmony Inn and had an exceptional experience! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a long day. Each detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home.

    What truly stood out was the hospitality provided by Vikrambhai Rabari. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable, from his warm welcome to the attentive service throughout our visit. The food was absolutely amazing—delicious and prepared with care.

    I highly recommend Harmony Inn for anyone looking for a cozy stay with outstanding hospitality. Five stars all the way!

  2. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They didn’t seem interested in assisting guests and were condescending when asked simple questions.
    We were treated with disrespect during check-in. The receptionist was impatient and unfriendly
    The hotel staff didn’t respond to our requests in a timely manner. We had to ask multiple times just to get clean towels.
    They ignored our complaints about the room’s cleanliness. The management didn’t seem to care at all.
    One of the staff members raised their voice at us when we raise the issue about our room.
    When we reported issues with our room, the staff kept passing the blame to others and didn’t take responsibility for fixing the problem.
    The housekeeping staff didn’t do their job properly. We found dirty linens and unclean bathrooms, and they didn’t seem to care when we complained.

  4. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown New Harmony Inn
