It was a wonderful experience in this hotel. From room service to staff every staff was very good. Rooms were very comfortable and awesome with great view were you can have enjoy the good and drinks. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a lovely experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the New York Plaza, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the friendly front desk staff, who checked me in efficiently and showed me to my room.
The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. But what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff.
But the real highlight of my stay was the food. The hotel’s restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had in a long time, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. I had the pleasure of trying their signature dinner dish, which was cooked to perfection. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the presentation was impressive.
Overall, I would highly recommend the New York Plaza to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and top-notch amenities makes it a standout in its class. I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. 5 stars!
The hotels grandeur and service levels. Exceeded one’s expectations by many notches. A lavish food . Rooms are well maintained modern design and superb ambience. The rooms were very spacious and equipped with all basic and all other amenities necessary. The staff was very polite and professional. We booked Suite and Executive room . Hotel New York Plaza is superb place to stay with your family and enjoy your day and comfortable stay.
Breakfast is phenomenal. The chef comes to your table and gives you freshly prepared food as per your taste. The pastry chef went above and beyond to customise my request. The rooms and service were absolutely beautiful. F&B the was well groomed and helpful. they make us fell very comfortable during the stay. We definitely visit again
It is a great point have a night stay rooms are superb very hygiene and have a great view. Washrooms are also very neat and clean. Food quality is delicious and served hot. Mr. Kartik was very humble and polite great hospitality. We were travelling to dharamshala from Chandigarh and hotel is on main highway in Una Himachal must visit Hotel New York Plaza Una HP recommended to everyone. My experience was superb I will visit again .
