A modern clean and hygienic room with basic amenities at an easy to reach location. But the best part is the effortful room service staff. With all little knowledge but full of dedication in customer service bring a smile on guest’s face.
I stayed during Navratri with fasting limitations, and room service has not disappointed me.
Extremely bad accommodation. Staff was very unfriendly. Not even a jar of water was given as part of room facilities, despite mentioning that it need not be bottled water. Linen and towels were dirty and room stinked. Car parking was another issue as the area was very dirty and narrow. Much better, cleaner, and safer options available nearby, though they were not listed online.
Stayed for 15 days. Helpers are nice but the guys at front desk are very unprofessional. Especially the one by the name Rinku. His behavior was extremely unprofessinal. Wifi only works at the reception area. Restaurant serves good momos and some other food items. Good cold coffee as well.

But the parking problem is a major issue.
Nice stay. Beautiful rooms. Clean toilets. Parking also good. Food quality was also good. Cash/upi/card payment available.
