Stayed there with my family a few days ago, I have to say it’s a pretty good hotel compared to a lot of other places I’ve stayed at in Ernakulam. The breakfast there was simply amazing! We had also ordered room service and the food was great. Now, the major issues we faced with this place is that the staff was a bit aloof with a few things, for example they didn’t pick our luggage up when we had arrived and we had to remind them of it for them to do anything. Another thing is the bathrooms are a bit untidy and it would be nice if they put effort into cleaning it better. The rooms are very neat though. Overall, the experience was good!
We have booked 3 rooms from booking.com and when we arrived at the hotel they gave our room to someone else and won’t let us speak to the manager by making stupid excuses. They won’t refund for the rooms they gave away and won’t send an official email telling that we will get a refund. This hotel has the WORST service I’ve ever experienced and I will make sure to never come back here again and this person at the desk won’t even tell his name nor have the basic decency to talk to a customer.
One of the best hotels I have stayed recently. Very neat rooms. Excellent hospitality. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a good stay in the city centre it will be a perfect choice. Breakfast spread also was good. Highly recommended 💕
The rooms are clean and plush with all the amenities. The staff is courteous and attentive. The location is perfect when you’re a traveller visiting Kochi with all the key places accessible to you by multiple modes of transport.
