First of all, very rude Manager. Wannabe-sweet, Psycho, provoking narcissist. Only wants to loot customers.
Detail- So I booked a deluxe room in here through Agoda. Deluxe- Because I was going there with my mother and a younger brother.
During check-in that quirk asked me to pay again even though it was clearly mentioned in the receipt that it has been paid already.
Lastly, after showing several proof of payments and receipts and heated argument, his EGO got struct and provided us a a room which was open for all, washroom used by plenty, no toiletries, towel nothing at all. Seemed like a servant quarter. Nothing as mentioned on website, Majorly no AC, TV.
After complaining about the room he abruptly asked us to walk out if I’m not comfortable.
Shamefully he has behaved with us
Even have raised complaints at Agoda. I’m not sure if they’ve taken any action but my suggestion to any one of you all reading this. DO NOT CONSIDER STAYING HERE.
The place seems like only for couples..
Also to mention they have major electric issues aswell. During our 3hrs of waiting and being treated unwell and sitting in their lobby 2 time

Worst hotel. We were given a room by the hotel staff and in night at 2 somebody took the keys from reception and unlocked our room and entered and when we reported it to the police there the hotel staff was also included for in their lies. It is not safe to stay here at all. The staff was careless and they lack security. They even tried to delete camera recording to cover the mistake.
●The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
●The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient.
●The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful.
●The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained.
The place is okay for a single night stay. We stayed in the ground floor rooms. There was no window for ventilation so the room was a little suffocating. The view from upper floor rooms was good.
The washrooms were decent, clean. The bed was suitable for 3 sharing. The location is okay, in the middle of the town.
The service was prompt.
Breakfast- we had to ask for the breakfast to be ready and the number of people. The served tea, Sandwiches and parathas to order. No buffet.
The stay was good and place is really calm for peaceful stay but it would have been really good if the rooms have little more facilities. The staff was good and helpful
1. The room doesn’t have cupboards or drawers for keeping your stuff
2. The geyser was not working although the staff was ready to give warm water but still it is bit inconvenient.
3. The food was okay and not much option for breakfast included
