As OYO …you should check the hotel rooms and other facilities
It was really really bad experience. Rooms were bad, not clean. No room service , only a stuff and even no water in the bathroom. After telling them they switched on the pump. Very bad and disgusting experience.
U gonna book it online aand when u reach there they ask for extra money like either u pay or u have to cancel the booking nd leave. Even the bedsheets were not clean aside that someone might have spilled something on curtains and even those were not clean.Worst place to ever stay in guwahati. Everytime i visit guwahati i book via oyo threse sort of things happen.
Zero star is not there or else would have given negative, not expected as shown in ads……. booked and went to check in but moved other property.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
I checked in on 21st of july and paid extra 500 cash for checking in before 12 noon
At 3pm two of my friends came to just visit me for 5 minutes and talk but the hotel owner became furious and shouted at me and behaved very rudely telling us that noone can visit me, not even my parents.
So, i checked out that day itself i.e, 21st of july. Overall it was really dissatisfactory even after I paid a hefty amount for that hotel.
Your OYO policies are useless if your hotels are like this. I didn’t even get my refund, zero,nada, all my money wasted.
I suggest you delete your company OYO. Really stupid decision to book on OYO by me. Ill make sure that me and not even any of my friends or family books on OYO hotels. Really disgusting.
Waste of money. Don’t go for the pictures its just opposite. Room are all covered with dust and spider webs. Pillow are so so dirty. There were khatmal on my bed the when i check in i couldnot sleep the whole night that day. Next i got my bedsheets and blanket cover changed.i was charged 300rs extra. They are like extra charge lgbo. When someone comes so tired to check in the hotel who will deny it. If they deny to gv xtra money who will go again and search hotel. The day when i checked in at night one of their man came to me n said tomorrow mrng there will be no water till 10am. I immediately got angry and told i have got meeting at 10am.i anyhow need two bucket of water in the mrng but somehow they manage it. I dnt know why OYO are taking this types of hotel. They are just killing their reputation.
Very very very worst of worst service. I have never lived in such hotel.
