We held our wedding ceremony at this hotel and utilized a wide range of services offered. We were highly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. The entire team was professional, attentive, and easy to communicate with. We would like to extend our special gratitude to the General Manager Srikanth, who ensured that all our needs were met seamlessly.
I had a very bad experience staying at Ocean Vista bay. The name is misleading, there is no ocean view at all.
The rooms are in terrible condition and not maintained properly. Room service is very slow and unhelpful. The restaurant was a big disappointment too. The food was bad, and most of the time, the restaurant was closed, so I had to order food from outside.
Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Think twice before booking a room here.
Shoe cleaning machine to be provided immediately. The services of the receptionists, Miss. Priya & Mr. Gnanvardhan and Bell Boy, Mr. Ramu are very nice and mostly appreciable. South/North Indian Meals (Thali) should be provided in your great restaurant for the benefit of especially inhouse guests.
It was overall a pleasant stay. Front Office Priya and Belly Boy Raju have helped finding some good places to eat & shop….they extended very good support. Staff was quite well behaved and warm. Thanks for such a nice hospitality.
The hotel is nice and well situated. However few things should be added for a more comfortable stay. Better quality of soaps, provide shower gels, bathroom slippers, more hangers in the cupboard, availability of kitchen services during late night.
