Had a pleasant stay. The staff is very kind and prompt to their work . Room is spacious, food service at room is available.
Don’t know about the room but the hall was big enough for a small gathering.
Good hotel with a perfect location with everything in reach of walkable distance.
Food is very good.
Only thing disappointed was the wifi and TV both were down for most of period of my stay.
A little cleaning will make the place more perfect
Ill maintained, shocking house keeping, poor food quality, limited food availability, dirty linen; I could go on and on. A very disturbing experience.
The room was good but unprofessional room service..they ddnt even clean the room properly when asked for the room service . They mentioned for complimentary breakfast bt none were provided in 3days stay there and the reason they gave was itz Durga puja n the staffs were still sleeping ..we ordered breakfast 1nce bt the paranthas were too thick ..the night before Dashami songs were played throughout the whole night till 7 in the morning couldn’t sleep for the noises it created and when asked to the manager to turn the volume down the reply was it’s dashami so we cannot stop it ..
