This is a good hotel and is close to the airport. Staff was kind and made sure the stay was taken care of. The food was good at the restaurant downstairs. The hotel is clean and nice, although it needs some touch-ups but all good. Hot water and AC make it better, so that was good. Staff went above n beyond expectations and provided a pleasant stay. They even provided fresh 1 time use slippers, dental kit, and shaving kit, which was really great!

The hall is so beautiful The food is in a class itself. The lighting is genius. The service and catering of their staff was good..🤗
✨We got so many compliments from our guests saying that the Banquet was one of the most Gorgeous Venues how much they Loved the Food !! Everything went over so perfect our party night… So again Thank You so much for helping in making our Day PERFECT…
Don’t have much expectations with this hotel. All the reviews I have read were true about their management.
1- Sometimes the air conditioner doesn’t work at all of some rooms
2- If you have booked room for 1 week & by chance you don’t like the place you cannot shift to another hotel unless you pay the rest 50% of the charge for the room – this is their policy & literally pathetic
3 – They have an okay okay menu for breakfast – By the way the breakfast area was full of flies roaming around
4- if you use their towel & if it’s gets stained they will too charge for it, for making it dirty . Approximately around 350 rs to 450 rs ( I was charged for the old hand towel)
5 – As per for the food, it was good enough & thali in menu is good too
6- their bar has less availability, you cannot expect much of variety there but the happy hours in the bar is a great deal
Great hotel. At good place. Good service . rooms are little old but still it was a great experience
No Valet parking, poor parking facility, Security personnel don’t understand English. The restaurant looks decent. The food was very bad, the chicken soup was terrible. They didn’t give us the seasonings. The chicken tasted stale. The Chicken tikka was poorly cooked. Service was disgusting. Overall a harrowing experience.
