We recently stayed at Hotel Park Prime by Apple Wood in Haridwar, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
Property & Rooms – ⭐⭐ (2/5)
While the property itself is quite large and has potential, the rooms left a lot to be desired. They were not as clean as they should have been, and it felt like proper attention to cleanliness was lacking. The bathrooms, in particular, were a major issue. After use, they became quite stinky, likely due to the lack of proper exhaust systems. This made the experience quite uncomfortable.
Electricity Issues – ⭐ (1/5)
We faced constant power cuts during our stay, which was extremely frustrating. Electricity kept going on and off, and there was even a period of a few hours at night where we were left without power. I had to call the reception to address the issue, but it took longer than expected to resolve, disrupting our rest.
Cleanliness – ⭐ (1/5)
The hotel needs a significant improvement in its cleaning standards. Both the rooms and the common areas lacked the level of cleanliness one expects from a good hotel. This was disappointing and made the overall experience feel subpar.
Breakfast – ⭐⭐ (2/5)
The breakfast options were quite limited, with only two choices available. While the food itself was decent, the lack of variety made the meal feel incomplete. More options should be offered to cater to different preferences.
Overall Verdict
Despite the size and potential of the property, the experience at Hotel Park Prime by Apple Wood was not up to the mark. Between the unclean rooms, stinky bathrooms, frequent power cuts, and limited breakfast options, it left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made to both the facilities and service.
Hotel is very high facility and good management. And good housekeeping service. My family member birthday so I call the hotel so the staff is good decoration in my room is suggest all the people to go best hotel in haridwar. And the best front executive ,manager is so politely conversation and good suggestion
The owner of this hotel is posting fake or paid reviews of his property.
I got trapped by the good reviews and booked this hotel.
But this turned of to be a complete nightmare and a scam to me. Very poor service, no amenities were there which were mentioned on the internet.
No breakfast and dinner was served even though both were in my booking.
On Google it shows 4 star property, but swear to Ganga Maiya this is not even a half star property.
Please request the person who is reading my review to please not book this hotel 🙏🏼.
The hotel is overall good. It is right on the road so it is easy to reach. The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is accessible for those who use wheelchairs, however, if you are a wheelchair user, I would suggest you to book a room in premium category because the basic room lacks enough space for moving the wheelchair.
We had a terrible experience in their dining area though. We travelled in the month of September which is considered as off-season in Haridwar and so, we seemed to be the only guests staying in the hotel. May be that was the reason why they didn’t prepare food in the kitchen. What we ordered initially was not available and then what we ordered was without looking at the menu and the price, since the menu was not available too. I do understand that they might be lazy because of no guests being there but it reached the height of ignorance when the chef didn’t turn up the next morning at all, after we had requested him the previous night to prepare breakfast for us the next day. The result was that we had to find a dhaba nearby. I think it would have been better if they had refused for preparing the breakfast, but agreeing and then not turning up is not professionalism.
Apart from dining and the tight space in the “base category” room, everything else was ok.
PS: The basic rooms have window AC (not sure about premium rooms) which are noisy. If you are a person who can’t bear noise while sleeping, these rooms are not for you.
Hotel is good but normal as the price is also normal so don’t expect lavish/luxurious, sleep is peaceful, ample parking complimentary breakfast/dinner is also OK ,two items only .
