Rooms are good. One of the best F&B service in Patna. Swimming pool doesn’t have a life guard/ No depth markings/ No reach pole or life buoy, even the guard deployed doesn’t know Swimming. Gymnasium is nice. However, the fitness trainer lacks basic hospitality and was too busy with his cell phone videos/chat. Food is overpriced & breakfast menu remains same everyday. Location of the hotel is not good. Overall nice hotel.
I had a stay in this hotel for 3 days, was visiting Patna for work purpose
First day ,staff were really nice but the next day,I gave instructions to clean my room when, I came back to the room, the glass I used previous day was not changed or cleaned.No fresh sets of toiletries was arranged and the room has a odd smell but, what put me off was when on the previous day of check out , I approached the front desk at around 9:30 pm when I came back tired from work and requested to clear my bills since I had a early check out,
This receptionist Ravi Kumar arrogantly denied and quoted it’s protocol u come in morning I shall do the checkout then only this can’t be done ,
Later to that he did clear my bills but the behaviour was really unprofessional for a hotel management staff to use this type of arrogant approach towards the guest. I hope I don’t get this type of behaviour in future.
Last but important very poor network inside rooms

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Pataliputra. The staff showed absolutely no decency or professionalism, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The hotel charges nearly ₹10,000 for a room, but it is absolutely not worth it. The service and quality do not justify the high price. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for value for their money. Avoid this hotel if you can.
Rooms are nice. Life guard not available at the pool, no depth markings , no rescue equipment including life buoy/ reach pole. Fitness trainer at the gym lacks basic courtesy, always busy with his cell phone videos/ chat. Food & Beverage staff are quite professional & one of the best in town.
This hotel is just 8 years old and has one of the largest room spaces at an affordable price.
This is situated just 10 minutes away from JP Narayan Airport.
Also it has got a good options for breakfast.
This hotel has a Swimming Pool at the top Floor accessible to all guests.
