We stayed at this hotel for 2 days ago about 2 weeks ago; everything was great, was impressed by the service and location. It was very convenient since the salon is at the hotel along with other services which I provided.
Just one recommendation is to provide a wiper/mop for bathroom because when it gets wet the floor gets slippery and its dangerous.

The locality of this hotel is very good and
hotel is also quite good in terms of interior. A
bit maintainance is needed to the hotel. I
have stayed in this hotel in room no 521.
Rooms are very large in size and bathroom
also. Service of the hotel is good but
sometimes it takes much time to provide
service in rooms or even in restaurant. I have
met the general manager of this hotel Mr
vyom who is very polite and resolves all the
issue arrised during my stay regarding this
Hotel. The security of this hotel is also very
good.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Lost my belongings from hotel closet. After complaining HR came and informed that Housekeeping staffs usually gone through bag checking everyday but failed to proof the same as I asked for CCTV footage of frisking and bag checking of staffs. Every time I stays in Hotel Ginger…they r professional. This Patliputra is worst.
Pathetic service. They charge really high tariff but are quality of service is sub standard. Food is pathetic. The restaurant staff don’t have the courtesy to serve. Overall a shitty experience
Last time when I visited, this hotel organised a roof top party till 2 am of night. Can’t even sleep due to the noise. Although it’s a dry state but saw full use of alcohol.
